Popis:	Our group is focusing on the principle of single port access using rigid tubes. The first design for the TEM system is from 1980. From the beginning, it was clear, that the single port access needs a specific condition in the area of the optic. The optic must be angulated to expand the working field. The instruments have to be angulated, so that a useful distance between the optic and the instrument tips can result and the accessable working field is expanded.
