This paper designs a kind of numerical control machine for polishing the glasses frame. This CNC machine adopts the structure of the five-axis gantry machining center, mainly including X/Y/Z three-axis gantry movement platform and R/S two-axis rotary motion system. This paper uses 3D software to create the three-dimensional model of the machine, and then uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to make modal analysis of the whole machine tool structure and get the inherent frequency and vibration mode to analyze the corresponding dynamic performance. Based on the modal analysis, this paper evaluates the mechanical properties of machine tool and provides the theoretical basis for design and improvement of the machine |
