Online meetings today are often used, because they can bring together two or more people. Nowadays people use ZOOM and Google Meet applications to conduct online meetings, because both applications have features that are easy to use. The background change feature is the most commonly used feature when conducting online meeting activities. This is one example of the behavior of using technology. However, the reason for the continuous use of these features is not yet known, therefore this research was conducted. This study was compiled using questionnaire data retrieval techniques that will be distributed to 302 respondents. After that will be done data processing that begins with Cronbach's alpha from the results of respondents obtained, then conduct a test of normality, multicollinearity test, outlier test, to confirmatory factor analysis. It is intended to know the quality of the instrument used. If the instrument has proven its quality, it will be done calculation of the breeding of test models and hypothesis tests, after all is done then the results of this assessment obtained. The results of the study in the form of explanation of influential hypotheses and hypotheses that have no effect of the objects studied. |
