ÐÑоанализиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ð¸ ÑиÑÑемаÑизиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ Ð¾Ñ Ñане окÑÑжаÑÑей ÑÑÐµÐ´Ñ Ð¸ здоÑовÑÑ Ñеловека пÑи иÑполÑзовании биогазовой ÑÑÑановки ÑоглаÑно оÑновнÑм возможнÑм опаÑноÑÑÑм. The paper considers the possibility of using waste from the brewing industry to produce biogas.The results of the calculations of the theoretical biogas potential of a beer pellet using mathematical models, as well as the biogas yield data given in the literature are analyzed. It is concluded that the theoretical data on biogas emissions have overestimated values, since these calculations do not consider some chemical processes and substances that are poorly biodegradable, thus, a significant difference in the estimates of the biogas potential of a beer pellet and the need for an experiment to assess the biogas potential of a beer pellet were revealed.Calculations of parameters of a biogas plant for fermentation of beer pellets are presented. The energy effect, annual fuel economy, and the amount of heat required to maintain the temperature during the production of biogas during fermentation in the methane tanks of a beer pellet of a conditional brewery are calculated.The analysis of the main hazards in the operation of a biogas plant is carried out. The measures to protect the environment and human health when using a biogas plant are analyzed and systematized according to the main possible hazards. |
