Popis:	Determination of the total serum bilirubin with the aid of diazo-base dry film is described in [5]. The method requires i0 ~i of serum. Diphylline is used as the accelerator, and Triton X-100 for dissociation of bilirubin and albumin, after which the reaction of bilirubin with the diazonium salt takes place. The maximum of absorption of the colored substrate is determined at = 520 nm. The bilirubin concentration is determined by reflecting densitometry.
