Popis:	The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) as part of their on-going support to the Department of Energy's Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) was asked to analyze special building data for an agency to gain a better understanding of the portfolio characteristics to help better shape implementation of their alternative financing activities. This report provides information for one agency, Department of Energy (DOE), and how those characteristics have changed over time.
