The advance of collectivist work initiatives has achieved wide prominence over the las decades, which explains the importance of discussions that contribute to their organizational processes. Thus, this theoretical and empirical work aims to bring contributions to encourage the discussion on education in the culture of work within the solidarity economy. To this end, it was carried out a literature review and a participatory research in a collectivist organization in Venezuela was used, in order to elucidate empirical examples that might deepen the foundation of training practices of the work culture within solidarity enterprises.
