Popis: | In this article the authors show a fuzzy logic model of the device for generating control signals. A control device with computer numerical control uses a cooling metal cutting tool for setting a level. The algorithm of the device for generating control signals based on fuzzy logic is provided. The fuzzy logic model uses simple formulas to obtain minimum and maximum values. The model was created for the confirmation of the system work and visual representation of the device. Visual modelling with the help of software “Matlab” was considered for a better understanding of the device operation for generating control signals. For the device operation modeling Simulink was used. The experimental part of this article confirms the applicability of the fuzzy logic algorithm. |
