Popis:	Organic waste has been around for a long time, and many treatment options have been developed and installed to deal with this waste. This chapter focuses on two commonly used technologies: composting and anaerobic digestion (AD). Landfilling and incineration will not be discussed in this chapter, as they are less sustainable than composting and AD and are therefore being faded out in waste management solutions.
