Popis:	We performed hip arthroplasty using bipolar endoprosthesis combimed with bone grafting acetabuloplasty on 77 cases in our department from 1982 to 1990. We examined two problems of rehabilitation in these cases. The most important problem was the degree of body weight bearing on the hip joint and the length of time after the operation. Another problem was the circumstances of the patients' daily-life at their houses, such as stairs, Japanese style toilet and bath.
