Popis: | There is an increasing awareness of the essential impact of physical exercising on health. Properly planning such activities requires knowledge about prerequisites and impact of different exercises and selecting those that reflect all relevant physical properties of the individual and contextual conditions. Otherwise, exercising may not only be ineffective, but even harmful to health. We developed an app for the generation of tailor-made exercise plans using techniques from knowledge-based configuration and consistency-based diagnosis. The paper focuses on presenting the systematic and formal representation of the domain knowledge and its exploitation by a generic configuration algorithm. |
