Double-dome superconductivity in germanium phosphides

Popis: Double-dome superconductivity in phosphorous-rich germanides was investigated by first-principles calculations. The results revealed a maximal Tc ∼ 20 K in newly predicted I4/m GeP4 at 120 GPa, attributed to the strong electron-phonon coupling.
