Popis: One of the first antitumor drugs sarcolysine [4-bis(2-chloroethyl)-aminophenylalanine, mixture of isomers] and its L-isomer, melfalan, have been widely used clinically up to this time [i, 8, i0]. A number of researchers have used various methods to study the pharmacokinetics of the drug in rats [7], mice [5], rabbits [ii], dogs [6], monkeys [3], and human [2, 4, 9], chiefly its elimination from the blood. The aim of this investigation was to study the complex of kinetic parameters of sarcolysine in rats in the case of various modes of administration and doses.
