Popis: | The Crystallization kinetics of Xanthan Gum Bio Polymer is studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) at different heating rates under non-isothermal conditions. The activation energy of crystallization (Ec) is evaluated, using different theoretical models (Starink, Ozawa, Matusita-Sakka, Piloyan and Coats and Redfern). The average value of Ec is found to be 231.38 kJ/mol. |
