Popis: | To avoid the gas ignition danger caused by the friction between pick and rock, a pick temperature-measuring system was developed to obtain the actual temperature at the tip of cutting head. A mine temperature-measuring pick based on PT100 was developed for the first time. In the pick, the vibration and explosion of internal electronic components were prevented by a cushioning layer and a sealing cover. A new temperature-measuring circuit solution was proposed and the theoretical resolution of sensor can be up to 0.0008 °C. Then, the temperature-measuring pick was calibrated and corrected through a constant temperature water bath test, and the measurement error remained within 0.01 °C. According to the coal-cutting test, the data error between temperature-measuring pick and thermal infrared is less than 2%, which proves credibility, reliability and repeatability of the temperature-measuring pick. The temperature-measuring pick completely meets the actual needs of production. |
