Popis: | There is a big interest in dopamine (DA) sensors, because dopamine is an important neurotransmitter and its absence results in neurological disorders. Herein we present an application of BioMOF-1, which has been used as a host to introduce 2,3-diaminophenazine (DAP) molecules, obtaining DAP@BioMOF-1 crystals. The crystals were used to prepare films that can serve as reusable sensors for detecting dopamine at nanomolar concentrations by fluorescence in both water and methanol. |
