Popis: Целью исследования является разработка инвестиционного проекта по внедрению нового экспортного канала сбыта продукции и анализ его эффективности. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Арвитекс». Предмет исследования: экспортная деятельность компании. Методы исследования: аналитический и статистический методы, экономико-математическое моделирование, методы оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Основные результаты исследования: - рассмотрены теоретические аспекты организации международного бизнеса Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑÐ¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹; - дана организационно-экономическая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° ООО «Арвитекс» и проведен анализ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ эффективности его деятельности; - проведен анализ бизнес-процессов ÑÐºÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ðº компании; - выявлены основные проблемы экспортной деятельности ООО «Арвитекс»; - разработан инвестиционный проект по совершенствованию и стабилизации экспортной деятельности компании, а также обоснована его эффективность. Область применения результатов ВКРприменение результатов работы в деятельности компании-объекта и возможности масштабирования решения на Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ отрасли. Научной новизной исследования является комплексное проектирование деятельности предприятия в ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° на международный рынок и планирование этого процесса в соответствии с требованиями, которые установлены нормами бизнес-планирования. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.
The aim of the study is development of an investment project for the introduction of a new export sales channel and analysis of its effectiveness. The study was carried out on the basis of the LLC Arvitex. Research subject: export operation of the company. Research methods: analytical and statistical methods, economic and mathematical modeling, methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - the theoretical aspects of the organization of international business of Russian enterprises are considered; - the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "Arvitex" are given and the analysis of the main performance indicators of its activities is carried out; - conducting an analysis of the company's export business processes; - the main problems of export activity of LLC "Arvitex" are revealed»; - an investment project has been developed to improve and stabilize the company's export activities, and its effectiveness has been justified. Application field: application of the results of the work in the activity of the object company and the possibility of scaling the solution at the enterprises of the trade industry. The scientific novelty of the study is the comprehensive design of the company's activities in the conditions of entering the international market and planning this process in accordance with the requirements established by the business planning standards. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
