Popis: Prepared nanoporous structures of anodized aluminum oxide Al2O3 (AOA) with a pore diameter of 40 and 75 nm. The crystal material KH2PO4 (KDP) in the form of nanowires and nanotubes at different growth variants from aqueous solution on nanoporous Al2O3 matrices was obtained and studied.
