Popis: | Shar-Pei's amyloidosis is a hereditary disease which is characterized by amyloid deposition in stromal-vascular organs. The contributory cause of amyloidosis is а genetic disease Shar Pei's fever. Amyloidosis is based on enzymatic processes abnormality in connective-tissue cells. Enzymopathy is followed by synthesis of the abnormal fibrous protein entering strong compound with proteins of plasma and glycosaminoglycans of ground substance of connective tissue. |
