Popis: The high-temperature superconducting current lead is the most important component of the FEEDER system. It connects the room temperature power supply with the low-temperature magnet, and provides the magnet with a current of up to 68 kA. The surface treatment of the material is the key problem in the manufacturing process. However, the study on the surface treatment technology of stainless steel that meets the requirements of low temperature applications has rarely been reported. Therefore, this paper formulates a surface treatment process to meet the requirements of low temperature applications and built a quadrupole mass spectrometry residual gas detection and analysis system to provide a theoretical basis for the research on surface treatment.
