Popis: Nano-silica can be used as a soil amendment to improve the physicochemical properties and crop productivity. Five rates of Nano-silica suspensions (0, 100, 200, 300, and 400 mg Si-NPs kg -1 soil) were used in the current experiment to investigate the effects of Nano-silica on some chemical and physical properties added to sandy loam soil before bean plant cultivation during the 2018-2019 season. This experiment used a random complete design with three replicates. According to the findings, nano-silica rates have a substantial impact on the percentage of clay particles, cation exchange capacity (CEC), sodium adsorption rate (SAR), porosity, saturation percentage, specific surface area (SSA), total N, and Si+4. With increasing nano-silica rates salinity (EC), Ca++, and Mg++decreased due to the additional uptake by plant, the bean crop yield increased with the increase of nano-silica ‎‎(Si-NPs) treatments up to 200 mg.kg -1 and reduced with increasing (Si-NPs) at 400 mg. kg -1.
