The topic of the final qualifying work: "Design of a gantry truss crane using composite materials". During the thesis, a truss gantry crane was designed and calculated. According to the data obtained, some elements of the truss were replaced with composite material. The lifting mechanism was calculated for the crane, which includes the choice of a pulley, rope, gearbox, engine, brake, clutch, the mechanism of movement of the trolley, the mechanism of movement of the crane was calculated.In the process of designing and calculating the metal structure, design loads were found, and a table was compiled, based on it, a model was designed in RSTAB, and the crane was calculated using the FEM. According to the resulting values, sections were selected, and an element was selected to replace an element of one material with another. |
