Popis: The research reveals pedagogical and personal competence of Arabic teacher in MTsN Dondo Tolitoli. Pedagogical competence is a skill or ability that must be mastered by a teacher in view of the characteristics of students of various aspects of life. Teacher personality competence is a steady personality ability, stable, mature, wise, and authoritative, become role models for students and noble. From this research it is known correlation on Pedagogic Competence and Personality of Teachers of Arabic on students' motivation MTsN Dondo is equal to 0.752. This shows that a strong correlation between pedagogical competence and personality Arabic teacher simultaneously to a students' learning motivation. While the level of significance of the correlation coefficient of 0.000 one-sided, because the probability is far below the 0.05 correlation pedagogical competence and personality Arabic teacher with student motivation MTsN Dondo is significant.
