Popis: | We present an efficient and optimal solution to the problem of choosing the gain values for multi-channel HDR composites. This paper explores the methods of finding the optimal gains for a combined high-dynamic-range (HDR) and automatic gain control (AGC) signal processing technique. This paper also examines how the HDR gain settings relate to extending the signal’s dynamic range without reducing the signal-to-noise (SNR) ratio. The methods discussed are applied to audio signals due to their reproducible and distinguishable characteristics. |
