Nanoscale oxide surface modification of inorganic materials

Popis: A method of synthesis of metal oxide films by carboxylate pyrolysis on a substrate surface is developed. The optic physical properties of the obtained films are studied by spectrophotometry using specialdesign fiber-optic probes.
