Popis: 3α,13-Dihydroxyforesaconitine from the Roots of Aconitum forestii Stapf 3α,13-Dihydroxyforesaconitine (1) was isolated from the roots of Aconitum forestii Stapf. It was identified as the 8-O-acetyl-14-O-(4-methoxybenzoyl) derivate of 3α,8β,13,14α-tetrahydroxy-1α,6α,16β-trimethoxy-4β-(methoxymethyl)aconitane (2). Substructures of 2 obtained by hydrolysis of 1 were derived from two-dimensional carbon-proton and proton-proton shift correlations.
