Popis: | Electrical conductivity and Hall and Seebeck coefficients were measured on Cd 1-x Zn x Te single crystals. The calculated phonon drag effect shows a nonlinear dependence on the Zn concentration x of the crystals in the range 0 < x < 0.1 with a minimum occurring at x = 0.04. The reason for the nonlinear dependence could be found in anomalous structural changes of the crystal lattice. |
