Popis:	Thiophene-containing prostaglandin endoperoxide analogs are readily available by addition of thienylpalladium species to bicyclic olefins and subsequent treatment with alkenyl or alkynyl organometallics. Hydrogenation affords bicyclic and tricyclic prostanoic acid analogs.
