Popis: | A simple method for determining chemotherapeutically active cis-platinum using a β-cyclodextrin stationary phase on a silica gel carrier (β-CD-sil) is described. Retention of CDDP is considerably influenced by the content of acetonitrile in the mobile phase. With an electrochemical detector in oxidation mode, the minimal detectable amount of CDDP was determined to be 1.6 · 10−11 mol, and the minimal detectable concentration in the sample was 5 ppm (5 mg/mL). The method was used to determine CDDP concentration in the samples of body fluid (ascites). |
