Popis: | We present and discuss the structural analysis of two-dimensional ultrastructures composed of tilted superlattices and quantum wire superlattices. We show that transmission electron microscopy (TEM) allows us to draw conclusions about the kinetics of crystal growth and to assign atomic positions of deposited species on a vicinal surface. |
