Popis:	It is shown that multipole pomeron cuts can lead to the inclusive cross-section dependence ( ω d 3 σ d p 3 )A ∼ A γ(p⊥) , γ(p⊥) ≲ 4 3 at large p⊥, due to the hard scattering of partons from different pomeron ladders.
