| Popis: | The proposed elaboration has been prepared with a view to a contemporary consideration of the current state of regulations related to the right to employee leave. The content of the study refers to the original version of the Act, which was enacted exactly 100 years ago, in 1922. The Article, apart from a short analysis of the most significant solutions introduced for the first time into the Polish legal order, also contains a reference to the jurisprudence of that time indicating the practical shortcomings of that time. |
