Popis: 1. 25Kh2MFA steel in the initial condition is characterized by a finely disperse cellular structure and by the presence of carbide precipitates. The maximum size of the mobile dislocation segment is 5·10−7m. 2. Programmed loading at 473°K results in the formation of a structure characterized by the presence of a short-loop spectrum of the dislocations (Ls=2.5·10−7 m) with weak pinning by the point defects. Such a structure has, firstly, a higher resistance to plastic deformation than the initial condition and, secondly, the process of plastic deformation takes place more uniformly in the entire volume of the material. 3. The irradiation of 25Kh2MFA steel with high-energy electrons (225 MeV) with a flux of 7·1020 electrons/m2 increases, because of the formation of a large number of deformation centers in the vicinity of the dislocations, the probability of formation of double kinks thus causing plasticizing of the steel.
