Popis: Under the circumstances of dynamic coronary and cerebral arteriosclerosis, the most acceptable and basic antihypertensive routine appears to be a rauwolfia compound in combination with a saluretic. If additional medication is required guanethidine is preferable particularly in view of its effect on the myocardial catecholamines.
