Popis:	1. The cationic copolymerization of 1,3,5,7-tetraphenyl-3,5,7-trimethylcyclotetrasiloxane with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane was run in the presence of sulfuric acid. 2. Some polydimethylphenylmethylphenylhydrosiloxanes were isolated and characterized. 3. The IR and NMR spectra of the polydimethylphenylmethylphenylhydrosiloxanes were studied. 4. The thermomechanical properties of the above indicated polymers were studied. 5. The heat stability of the polydimethylphenylmethylphenylhydrosiloxanes, determined by the thermogravimetric method, disclosed that a weight loss of the copolymers is not observed up to 370–400°.
