Popis: | The manufacturing reproducibility of high precision grinding patterns depends on many process influences and technology characteristics, like cutting speed, lining, grinding disc, cutting fluid and longitudinal feed. This paper outlines a combined approach for the detection of grinding parameter settings, which ensure on the one hand reproducibility and on the other hand guarantee economy. Cluster analytics is utilised to identify grinding parameter sets and grinding results with similar characteristics within a group. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is applied to describe the efficiency of these grinding processes based on input and output parameters which are selected with regard to grinding patterns. |
