Popis: In this article, we advocate a liberty and private property rights approach to the issue of abortion. While some contend that the famous cases of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey settles for evermore the question of whether a woman had a legal right to an abortion, a great deal of controversy still lingers. This is so because abortion has become all too commonplace. About 35% of all American women will obtain an abortion during their childbearing years. This easy availability fuels the ire of and represents the equivalent of a holocaust to anti-abortion advocates. Some believe that 39 million lives have been snuffed out by abortion since Roe was decided. President George W. Bush is critical of the easy availability of abortions.
