Popis: Carbon supported platinum–ruthenium (Pt–Ru) alloy catalysts were prepared with varying metal contents by the surfactant stabilized colloidal method. We investigated the degree of alloying with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and morphology with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM). Based on Nafion 115 membrane, MEAs were fabricated by spray method using a mixed slurry of Nafion solution and the prepared PtRu/C catalysts. The electrochemical impedance method was used to investigate the relationship between mass transport and performance.
