Popis: It is reasonable to consider combing IRE and RFA. Thus the changes of liver properties after electoporation were studied. The electrical and thermal conductivity of rabbit livers treated by electric shocks with different conditions were measured in vivo through the four-electrode method and the thermistor method respectively. Frequency and electric field were considered, as two main factors of IRE. Experiments then showed that changes occurred in both electrical and thermal conductivity after electoporation treatment. Electric field strength contributed more on electrical conductivity than frequency did. Besides, electrical conductivity significantly increased in all protocols, while thermal conductivity didn't perform so until electric field strength was more than 500V/cm. The related formulas were also given after curve fitting.
