Popis: | The problems of formation of activation and dissipative energy fluxes and the synthesis of nanostructured coatings during electro-spark machining are considered, and the results of studying the effect of the material of an alloying electrode and the machining conditions on the elemental and phase compositions, the topography, and the tribological properties of the synthesized coatings are analyzed. The elemental and phase compositions of the modified surfaces and coatings, an increase in roughness parameter Ra, and a significant (up to two times) decrease in the wear rate of polymer counterbodies during friction on a modified steel sample are found. |
