Popis:	Workers collaborated with a union to create a community-based, multi-family group that addressed traumatic loss experienced by families of union members who were missing after 9–11. The purpose of the group was to create a supportive healing community around shared losses and to normalize the struggles that the families experienced both internally and externally. Three vital components of this group will be discussed; an evolving group structure, cultural awareness, and the workers' own group process.
