Popis: | 35th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 886-888 CdSeXTe1-X film has high absorption coefficient and optimum band gap and chemical stability. This makes it attractive for photovoltaic application. CdSeXTe1-X films with variable concentrations (x = 0 to 1) have been deposited onto quartz glass substrates by radio frequency (RF) sputtering deposition.
