| Popis: | Aufgegliedert in drei Hauptbereiche - dem Weinviertler Jakobsweg als Rahmen des Konzepts, einer Bestandsaufnahme der Kellergassenentlang des Weges mitsamt deren Rahmenbedingungen und dem Konzept eines Kellergassen Lehrpfades - hat die vorliegende Arbeit das Ziel, dem schleichenden Verschwinden des Kulturguts Kellergasse durch niederschwellige Bewusstseinsbildung direkt vor Ort entgegenzuwirken. Den Anfang macht ein Überblick über den Weinviertler Jakobsweg und dessen durchlaufende Landschaft, gefolgt von einer Bestandsaufnahmesamt kurzer Beschreibung aller Kellergassen entlang des Weges. Im Kontext des aktuell gebotenen Erscheinungsbildes der Kellergassen, das unter anderem auf ein fehlendes Bewusstsein oder eine geringe Wertschätzung zurückzuführen ist, werden des weiteren die denkmalpflegerischen und gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen beleuchtet und auf die kompetenten Schutzfunktionen der Widmungen und Bebauungsbestimmungeneingegangen. Den Schluss gestaltet das regionale Konzept zur niederschwelligen Bewusstseinsbildung samt Beschreibung der Kellertypen und deren Gebäudeelemente im Hinblick auf den “richtigen” Umgang mit diesem unschätzbaren Kulturgut. Divided into three main areas - the Weinviertel Jakobsweg as the framework of the concept, an inventory of the Cellar Lanes along the way including their framework conditions, and the concept of a Cellar Lane educational path - the present work aims to counteract the gradual disappearance of the cultural asset Cellar Lane through low-threshold awareness raising directly on site. It begins with an overview of the Weinviertel Way of St. James and the landscape that runs through it, followed by an inventory includinga brief description of all the cellar lanes along the way. In the context of the currently offered appearance of the cellar lanes, which can be traced back to a lack of awareness or low esteem, the monument preservation and legal framework conditions are also examined and the competent protective functions of the dedications and building regulations are discussed.The conclusion is the regional concept for low-threshold awareness-raising, including a description of the types of cellars and their building elements with regard to the “correct” handling of this priceless cultural asset. |
