Isoenzyme electrophoretic studies among some species of the genus Erucastrum and Hirschfeldia incana (Cruciferae: Brassiceae) with reference to their chemotaxonomic relationships

Popis:	Several isoenzyme electrophoretic patterns of seven Erucastrum taxa as well as Hirsfeldia incana (Brassicinae) have been compared in order to analyse their chemotaxonomic relationships. Percentages of similarity, calculated from zymograms, showed a great level of affinity among taxa. The amphidiploid origin of E. elatum (n = 15) with E. littoreum spp. glabrum (n = 8) and H. incana (n = 7) as putative parental species is supported.
