The lanthanide ions Ln3+ have unique spectroscopic properties which are unchangeable in the different objects (including biological ones). That s why these ions can be used in the investigation of such compounds as porphyrins [1]. The metal ion presence inside porphyrine macro-ring allows to reduce phototoxicity of free porphyrins which being used for malignant tumour diagnostic [2]. In the given work the new complex series of ytterbium (Yb) with porphyrins were synthesized and their spectro-luminescent properties were investigated. |
