Popis: | Aformula is proposed for calculating the degree of distortion of the shape of the rotor rim, taking into account the position of all poles of the hydrogenerator. Results are provided of studies, using the acoustic method, of residual stresses and plastic strains occurring in the spoke of the rotor frame of the main generator after the welding of reinforcing plates when performing work on upgrades of the hydroelectric installation of the Nizhnekamsk HPP. Acoustic studies were conducted of the filling wedges of the rotor in the free state, after “cold” and “hot” unwedging, and also after 3000; 8000; and 13,000 h operation. The possibility of estimating the rim tightness of a rotor rim based on information on the redistribution of forces of the compression of the wedges is shown. |
