The topic of the final qualifying work: "Numerical studies of the influence of local flow parameters on the energy characteristics of axial pumps".This work is devoted to the study of the influence of local flow parameters on the energy characteristics of axial pumps. Numerical studies of the flow were carried out in the flow part of axial pumps of the type OD-1 and TSN-44, which have low speed.Tasks that were solved during the study:1. Construction of three-dimensional models of flow parts of axial pumps;2. Discretization of the computational domain in the Ansys Meshing grid generator;3. Numerical calculations of the flow of a single-phase viscous liquid in the flow parts of the pumps under study;4. Construction of energy characteristics;5. Comparison of the results of numerical calculations of the flow in a full-size model and in a model with a periodicity condition;6. Visualization, comparison and analysis of the flow in the flow parts of the studied pumps in various modes of their operation;7. Comparison of numerical calculation results with experimental data.Studies of the influence of local flow parameters on the energy characteristics of axial pumps were carried out using computational fluid dynamics methods using the ANSYS software package, as well as data processing and analysis.In the course of the work, the energy characteristics of the pumps under study were constructed and flow patterns were compared in different modes of their operation. |
