Popis: | A continuous series of (La0.9Sr0.1)[(Ga1 – x Fe x )0.8Mg0.2]O3 – δ perovskite solid solutions (x = 0–1) were prepared by ceramic processing techniques. X-ray diffraction, dilatometry, thermogravimetry, and dielectric spectroscopy data indicate that increasing the Fe content of the solid solutions leads to a change from oxygen ionic to ionic–electronic conduction. |
