Popis: | Tourism industry develops rapidly, becoming the world’s largest industry quickly, which brings about huge economic and social benefits. However, it also brings about many problems at the same time, for example, the management is not perfect, the scenic spot environmental pollution is serious and so on. These reduce the tourist satisfaction seriously. So it is crucial to improve tourist satisfaction to ensure the scenic an important place in the market competition. This in turn leads to a series of researches on evaluation model of scenic tourist satisfaction. A new method for tourist satisfaction evaluation is proposed in this paper: The scenic tourist satisfaction evaluation model is based on the intuitionistic fuzzy number. This model transforms the traditional subjective evaluation into indicator support ratings, and evaluates the scenic tourist satisfaction through the integrated score of intuitionistic fuzzy number.
