Popis: | The conversion of batch processes towards continuous operating regimes offers various advantages in terms of safety, efficiency, product quality and production costs. The industrial process development has to be also adapted for this purpose. The focus will be drawn in this essay to the general approach of a process transfer from a batch process towards an intensified continuous process on laboratory scale at Clariant. Process intensification means in this context a holistic approach leading to substantially smaller, cleaner, and more efficient processes, which also result in better products [1]. |
